Scope of services

Services are defined in each client agreement and may include transaction review and categorization, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, accounts payable or receivable support, cash tracking, multi-account management, and bookkeeping cleanup.

Not tax, legal, or investment advice

Aegis Business Solutions is not a certified public accounting firm and does not provide legal, audit, investment, or tax advice. Clients should consult their attorney, CPA, tax professional, or licensed financial professional for advice within those disciplines.

Client responsibility

Clients remain responsible for providing timely, complete, and accurate records and for reviewing the financial information delivered. Bookkeeping reports depend on the information made available to Aegis Business Solutions.

Privacy

Client financial information is treated as confidential and used only to perform agreed services, subject to applicable law and the terms of the client agreement.
